What to do if you have ordered the wrong item

If you have ordered the wrong item, you can return this to us within 30 days. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your items and all items must still be in the original packaging unopened and ready for resale. If you have opened the item or the packaging is removed unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund the item.
