When a customer orders a large appliance which is coming either directly from our self or our manufacturers we will also pre-warn customers with our "Don't get caught out with large and bulky items" leaflet on ALL our orders.

However, we do understand that a customer might not read this or adhere to the terms and conditions, and subsequently "be caught out" so under our 30 day returns policy we will allow a return of a large and bulky item however they will carry a re-stocking charge. These are standard  charges within our industry and is a charge that is actually imposed on us from the our couriers and or the manufacturer, so WE DO NOT PROFIT.

Restocking fees can vary from item to item, so you should check with us before placing an order if you are unsure as to whether you will be able to accept delivery. Below we give you some examples of re-stocking fees, however these are EXAMPLES and ALL items and manufacturers carry different criteria on restoking fees.

It is very important to remember that ALL returns must be in their original packaging and in a re-sable conditions, so if you have opened the package it is likely to be classed as graded stock and therefore can only be sold as graded stock.
