When you place an order with us you will receive an email confirmation. If you have not received an email confirmation of your order please check you spam/junk folders as we will send updates about your order to this email.

| On Hold | Your order is on hold, usually due to payment via bank trasnfer. Please check you emails (including junk/spam) for payment details for bank transfer. |
| Pending Payment | Usually for an order placed via pro-forma |
| Processing | Your order is being processed |
| Completed | This means we have completed your order via our systems. It means if you item is in-stock it will be delivered as per the schedule on the ordering (or check notes on your account) it can also mean the order has been send / processed with our manufacture. |
