Making a return, receiving a refund

MAKING A RETURN

To make a return, you first need to follow our returns page here. 


For items you wish to return that are not damaged, you must complete the returns form on our returns page. You will receive a RMA within 1-2 days in order for you to send the item(s) back to us. Once the item is returned back to us it is scanned within our warehouse and inspected. 


If you have received a damaged item you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) so that we can arrange replacements straight away. We cannot arrange replacements for damages reported after 24 hours of receiving you items. 


We ask you to send an email to [email protected] with images of the damages so that we can forward this on to arrange replacements. 


REFUNDS

Please note, refunds for card payments can take anything from 3-7 days from receipt of your returns goods (if returning goods). 

BANK PAYMENT refunds take at least 10-14 days as we need to request bank details and these details need to be authorised by the bank. We do not see or store your payment details if you have paid via BANK so we will need to request these in writing and have these authorised by the bank.
