My delivery is taking a long time

Unfortunately, some items take longer to reach our customers. Large and bulky equipment is not shipped next day unless booked with us in advance. These items, if in stock with us or the manufacturer can take anything up to 5 days. (Usually 3 days). 

Small items sent via our courier Parcel Force sometimes take an extra day or two. This is because there is a huge demand on courier companies at present, and they cannot fulfill all deliveries within that day and they are forced to carry over to the following delivery day. 

WE DO NOT OFFER Guaranteed next day delivery. All orders placed before 12pm are processed for collection from our couriers the same day. Therefore usually arrive the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed for collection from our couriers the following day therefore taking up to 2-3 days for delivery from the day you order. 

• We are kindly asking our customers to be patient in these difficult times as any delivery issue is beyond our control. If your item is a large appliance and is coming direct from the manufacturer and your delivery is delayed or could be delayed, we will notify you as soon as we here anything from that manufacturer. 
• If your order is urgent, we strongly suggest calling us in advance of ordering on 0151 830 0043 where we can advise on the correct delivery timescales.
• All orders will be processed the same working day if placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday).
• Any orders placed after this time, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
